About Me
Marcus Taylor is an Innovation Consultant who uses creative solutions and analysis to solve complex industry and community problems. Marcus believes that “there is no such thing as a problem that can’t be solved, there’s just a solution that’s yet to be found.”
For more than twenty years, Marcus has used his unique skills to generate value and provide innovation in various industries which include government, fortune 500, and nonprofit organizations. His areas of expertise include business digitalization, business transformation, creating new value propositions, portfolio and program management, process improvement, organizational enablement, and leadership.
Marcus is passionate about engaging people with the tools they need for success and advocating for opportunities for them to display those skills. He can often be found volunteering with the YMCA of greater Milwaukee, National Society of Black Engineers, FIRST, or Lead2Change.
As leader and a mentor, Marcus empowers others to utilize their curiosity and creative problem solving to overcome obstacles and achieve goals. Marcus’ dedication and commitment has garnered him many accolades, including being featured in Minor Engineering’s Annual Career Planning Issue (2011) and a Hometown Hero award.
